1:1 Strategy Session with Lauren

—1:1 STRATEGY SESSION

You've been building your business. But something isn't landing. And you want to find out exactly why.

A 90-minute session where I research your business before we speak, build you a personalized three-page Business Clarity Dossier, and walk you through exactly what's holding your business back and what to do about it first.

—WHAT THIS IS

You'll leave this session with a personalized three-page strategic document that tells you exactly what's holding your business back
— and what to do about it first.

Before we speak, you give me everything I need to understand your business
Before you book, you fill out a mandatory intake form. I need your social handles, your current positioning language, what feels off, and what you've already tried. The more specific you are, the sharper my analysis will be. This is the material I work from to personalize my analysis, so don't hold back.

step 01

I spend the days leading up to our call building a strategic picture of your business that you've never had before
Once your intake is in, I research your business, your market, and the landscape around what you're building. I analyze where your business is breaking down and prepare your Business Clarity Dossier before we speak. I'm not walking into the call cold. By the time we get on the call, I already know where the breakdown is.

step 02

Everything I research and prepare beforehand, and everything we work through on the call, goes into your Business Clarity Dossier — a personalized three-page document you leave the session with.

Not notes from a call. An actual strategic document built specifically for your business and the problem you're facing right now.

We spend 90 minutes getting you from stuck to clear
The call isn't spent orienting me to your business. I walk you through the findings I've already prepared, we go deep on what actually matters, and I map your clearest path forward.

step 03

--WHO THIS IS FOR

For founders who are already building and have hit a specific wall

THIS IS A GOOD FIT IF...

—You've been building your solopreneur business for at least three to six months

—You have existing content, a social presence, or early offers already in market

—Something specific feels off but you can't identify the root cause on your own

—You want a precise outside read on your situation, not a list of generic recommendations

—You're ready to act on a specific strategic recommendation within thirty days

THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF...

—You're still figuring out whether you want to build a business at all

—You're starting from scratch with no professional experience to work from

—You're looking for general business advice or accountability

—You want someone to validate what you're already doing rather than challenge it

—You're not in a position to implement anything right now

As a solopreneur, you’re not doing anything wrong.

You're just solving the wrong problem.

Most founders who hit a wall do the same thing: they work harder at what they're already doing.

They post more. They pitch more. They tweak their bio, rewrite their offer, try a different content format. And the wall is still there.

Because the problem was never volume. It was never consistency. It was never finding the right template or the right posting time.

The real problem almost always sits one level deeper than where you're looking.

And some of these problems might even sound familiar to you…

01

02

Your content isn't landing because your positioning isn't clear enough for the right person to recognize themeselves in it.

Your offer isn't selling because the problem it solves isn't named precisely enough for someone to feel the urgency to buy it.

03

Your messaging feels off because the story you're telling about your work doesn't yet connect your specific experience to the specific outcome your client is paying for.

These aren't things you can fix by doing more.

They require an outside read from someone who can see the full picture of your business — your market, your positioning, your lived experience, your competitive context — and identify exactly where the breakdown is.

That's a gap in your perspective, and it's one that almost every solopreneur hits at some point, because no one can diagnose their own business clearly from inside it.

That's what this session
is designed to solve.

I've spent twenty years solving this exact problem for Fortune 500 brands. Then I solved it for myself.

I'm Lauren, founder of Culturemade and a brand and business strategist with nearly two decades of experience helping Fortune 500 companies across tech, media, and creative industries get clear on what they're building, who it's for, and how to position it in a way that actually sells.

For nearly twenty years I walked into high-stakes pitches for healthcare organizations, government entities, and national retail brands as the strategist whose job was to find the real problem before anyone in the room tried to solve it.

Most teams were winging their most important conversations. My job was to make sure they weren't — to give sales, strategy, and creative a shared understanding of what they were actually solving for, so everything they built pointed in the same direction.

Then I left corporate and started building my own solopreneur business. And I hit the same wall my clients were hitting.

I spent almost twenty years helping Fortune 500 companies get clear on what they were building and who it was for. When it came time to do the same for myself, I realized the hardest brief I'd ever have to write was my own.

So I built the dossier
for myself first.

I took the same tool I'd been building for Fortune 500 clients and applied it to my own business.

I mapped my market context, my competitive landscape, my lived experience, my professional background, and what I actually wanted to build.

Not because I didn't know my own expertise — I did. But because being inside your own business does to you exactly what being inside a corporate team does to everyone else: it makes it nearly impossible to see yourself the way the market sees you.

The dossier gave me what it had always given the teams I worked with: one clear north star to return to. A document that told me what problem I was solving, who I was solving it for, and why my specific combination of experience made me the right person to solve it.

As a business of one, that document is what I return to every week. It's what keeps me from chasing the next shiny object. It's what keeps me building in one direction instead of ten.

That experience is what led me to build this session. Because what I realized is that the women I was watching try to build solopreneur businesses didn't need more content advice or another course on finding their niche. They needed the same thing I needed: someone who could see their business from the outside, do the research, and hand them a clear direction.

Not a framework to apply to themselves. An actual outside read, built from real research, that told them what to build and where to start.

That's what this session is. And it starts with the same tool I built for myself that has grown my own business steadily in just one year.

--WHAT YOU WALK AWAY WITH

Your Business Clarity Dossier — and everything you need to act on it immediately.

01

A personalized strategic assessment of your business
Built from upfront research I do before we speak. Not a template. A document built specifically around your business, your market, and your situation.

02

Market and industry research relevant to your offer
I research the current conditions in your market: where demand is growing, where it's contracting, and where your offer fits within that landscape. You'll know exactly where your business has the most traction to gain and why.

03

Social and cultural context affecting your category
The cultural and social forces shaping how your audience thinks, buys, and decides right now. This is the layer most founders skip entirely, and it's often what explains why an offer that should work isn't landing the way it should.

04

Specific insights that tell you where to focus your energy
Not a list of everything you could fix. The specific insights that are most relevant to how you build, grow, and sell your offer, prioritized so you know which ones move the needle first.

05

Strategic recommendations by category
Concrete direction across the areas of your business that need the most attention such as your offer, your positioning, how you're describing what you do, and where you're showing up. Each recommendation tells you what to do, not just what's wrong.

06

Messaging you can use immediately
Strategic messaging recommendations. Not copywriting, but the specific angles, framings, and language directions that will help make your offer land more clearly with the right people. You leave knowing how to talk about your business in a way that actually connects.

07

A 90-minute live session to unpack all of it
We go through the dossier together on the call. I walk you through every finding and share my read on what it means for your business specifically, and where you should focus first. You're not receiving a document and figuring it out alone. You're walking through it with me.

08

The dossier delivered live, plus your session transcript
You leave the call with the dossier in hand. You'll also receive the session transcript so you can return to the specific recommendations and our conversation as you implement. The transcript becomes a reference document you can work from in the weeks after the session.

Book your call

The calendar below shows my current availability. Once you select a time, you'll be prompted to complete a short intake form before your booking is confirmed.

The form takes about ten minutes to fill out and it's mandatory. It's what I use to research your business before we speak. The more specific you are, the sharper your dossier will be.

Once your booking is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your session details. I'll be in touch if I need anything else before we get on the call.
