She Is Strategic Program
INTRODUCING
She is Strategic
Fortune 500 brand strategy, built for your solopreneur business
You've got the experience. What you don't have is one clear thing to sell.
Over seven weeks, I look at everything you've done, your resume, the work you've already produced, the things you've tried and abandoned, and I tell you exactly what to build, who it's for, and why the market will pay for it.
I do the research. I make the call on what's actually sellable. Then we build it together, in real time, using the same brand and business strategy large companies pay for, scaled down to fit a business of one.
You walk away with one offer you know how to sell, instead of a dozen ideas you're still turning over in your head.
Built for women at any stage of figuring it out
If you have real experience and no clear offer yet, this program is for you.
It doesn't matter if you've never packaged your experience into something sellable, or you've already launched and it's just not landing the way it should.
Women with years of professional experience they can leverage, but no offer built from it yet
Women with an offer already live that isn’t performing or getting the response you expected
Women juggling three or four half-built ideas, unable to commit to one
How the 7 weeks work
Step 01:
You hand it all over
Your resume, your past work, your half-built offers, the research and ideas you've been sitting on—Everything goes into the intake, even the parts you think don't matter.
Step 02:
I do the digging
I go through all of it and research where the market actually has room for you. Then I make the call on what to build, what to cut, and what to lead with, based on data, insights, and your work and lived experience.
Step 03:
We build your offer
Over our weekly sessions, we turn each decision into one real offer, priced, positioned, and ready to sell. You leave with the thing itself, not a worksheet to finish later.
--THE TRANSFORMATIONFrom scattered to one
clear offer
-
No more explaining yourself five different ways depending on who's asking. You know what you sell, and you can say it plainly enough that the right person gets it immediately.
-
The offer is built on real research, not a guess. You understand the audience you're speaking to and where your work fits in it.
-
Your pricing comes from the actual value of the work and where it sits in the market, so you can say the number out loud confidently, instead of softening it the second someone pauses.
-
Once the decision is made and the offer is real, the loop of "what should I be doing" quiets down. You spend your time moving the business forward instead of circling the same questions.
--WHAT THIS LOOKS LIKE IN PRACTICEShe had a PhD, ten years of experience, and published research. She still couldn't explain what she did.
Before:
Danielle's professional background was fragmented across a research career, an academic CV, published work, and a set of services she'd tried to sell several different ways. She couldn't connect those pieces into one offering. On top of that, she was sorting through years of generic small-business advice online, which left her unsure how to present herself or what she was even supposed to talk about.
What we built:
Over seven weeks I took everything she gave me at intake and built the strategic foundation of her business.
Got clear on the specific problem she solves and who she solves it for
Shaped her scattered services into a clear set of offers someone could actually understand and buy.
Built the language she uses to describe her value, so that when she talks about her work, the person listening understands what she does and why it matters.
Defined what she talks about and where, so her presence across various social platforms does a specific job instead of repeating the same thing everywhere.
Turned all of it into a 30-day plan so she could execute without stopping to guess.
After:
She pitches new clients without second-guessing how to describe herself
The market reads her as a leader in her field, not one more researcher for hire
She can experiment with her outreach and learn from what happens, instead of changing everything every time something doesn't land
She has the language to show up in a way that lets the right clients trust her
--WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH
Lauren Dapiaoen
“I work with you directly, one founder at a time.”
I spent twenty years building brand and business strategy inside Fortune 500 companies across tech, media, and creative agencies. My job was to walk into a business, find the pattern no one inside it could see, and make the call on what it should build and how it should position itself.
Now I do that same work for solopreneurs. The rigor is identical, but what changes is the scale.
Instead of a boardroom, it's your business, and instead of a team to hand the strategy to, it's you and me for seven weeks, working through it together.
--HOW THIS IS DIFFERENTInstead of figuring it out yourself,
I make the strategic call with you.

Logistics & Process
-
You come in with fragmented experience and expertise you haven't been able to package and I turn it into into an offer that’s sellable.
Over seven weeks, I take everything you bring — your resume, your case studies, your lived experience, your existing offers — and I build the strategic foundation of your business.
That means:
Clarity on the specific problem you solve and who you solve it for
A defined set of offers they can actually understand and buy
The language to describe your value so people know what you do and why it matters, and
A content strategy so your presence across platforms does a specific job instead of repeating itself.
You walk away with a complete positioning strategy, a messaging framework, a pricing strategy, and a 30-day content execution plan.
Everything is built on your real experience and real market research, so you know exactly what to sell and who to sell it to.
-
We can pause if you need to. If you need additional time beyond seven weeks, that's a separate conversation about scope and additional investment. The seven-week container is designed to be a fast sprint, completed on an accelerated timeline to get you launched sooner.
-
Ninety minutes for our call each week. Outside the call, usually thirty minutes to an hour, depending on the week. You gather materials during intake week, you're present during research and implementation weeks, and you make decisions based on what we build together.
-
Yes. We'll find a time that works for both of us and confirm timezone compatibility during the application process.
Fit & Qualification
-
This works best if you have real professional experience and expertise to work from, even if you haven't packaged it into a business yet.
If you have five-plus years of work experience, this is for you. If you're brand new to professional work, a different starting point might serve you better. The application is where we assess this.
-
That's the most common starting place. I do the research to help you see it clearly. What I need is real professional experience to work from — something you've actually done, problems you've actually solved, or decisions you've actually made.
-
Yes. We take everything you have, do the research, and make strategic decisions about what to refine or build next. The seven weeks are structured around what actually needs to change in your business.
-
You don't need polished materials. Bring the real work you've done and the real outcomes you've created. If you've worked inside organizations, you have case studies whether you've written them down or not. That's the material I work from.
Outcome & Results
-
That depends on your execution after we're done. By week seven, you have everything you need to start selling from clarity instead of confusion.
Some founders implement immediately and see client inquiries within weeks. Others take time to refine before they execute. The foundation makes it possible to move faster because you're not second-guessing yourself anymore.
-
We'll talk through it. My job is to make the call based on research and twenty years of brand and business strategy experience. Your job is to understand the logic and decide what makes sense for your situation. If something doesn't land, I want to know why. But I want to be clear: I'm bringing my expertise to help you see your business more clearly. That is why you’d hire and work with me.
-
Yes. My 1:1 clients can contact me with a question or inquiry via email once per month, for six months following our engagement. This will help you calibrate your execution and answer any questions you may have.
Also, we plan on launching the Culturemade Membership, a shared operating environment where you apply what we've built, work through decisions with other strategic founders, and get feedback as you execute. Launch date is tentative and slated to launch early 2027.
-
Four to five figures, depending on scope.
Once I understand what you're working on during the application review, I'll give you the specific investment. You'll know the full cost and what's included before you commit.
